We are thinking of moving to Bulgaria but looking at international private schools in Sofia or Plovdiv.

Did you look at the local schools and instead decided to do home schooling?.

Hi everyone, we are a family with 4kids, 2, 8, 10 and 13. And we recently moved from Spain to Bulgaria (Izgrev). We are looking for instances for homeschooling but it's a bit overwhelming and we don't know where to start. Can you give us some advice? Are you using an online platform, etc .. ?

Maybe have a look at homeschoolingbg (dot com)?

I recently bumped into a very nice guy in Bansko who's homeschooling his 2 children. He says it's big in Bansko (probably related to the Digital Nomad scene there). This might be worth checking out, I think they have an FB group, and they do an annual get-together/conference.

Hello Lynn, I am not so often here and have just seen your comment. My children where 2 years in a normal Bulgarian school. My oldest girl (14) decided to do homeschooling again after next summer. Bevor we came here, we also lived in Spain for a view month. It would be nice to have contact. Your family lives not far away from us. We would be happy to hear from you.
