Hi can I ask upon previous Ex-pats that have bought property in BG please?
I am just unsure on the procedure regards legal ownership, I have been paying for a house on monthly terms which end in September this year, I know I will need to source an attorney a translator, the title deeds are then brought to the attention of the local authorities at the mayors office?
Does this take around 3 days to clear, I assume I am not required to attend a 3 day hearing?
I can go about doing some jobs/ etc...to pass the time away while the paperwork is drawn as long as I can be contacted by phone?
If anyone can shed some light on the process from their own experience or knowledge I would be grateful.

I had a week out in BG last week, I had time to look around a bit more, source materials for pending jobs to my house, enjoyed it. Even had a beer or two!
