Hello Forum, regards the Municipality tax, this yearly tax that I was told is due to pay by February/March 2016, I have found an old link replying to a question asked by another member about where to pay this bill a local bank?
Now I have no documented bill, or even an account number so no idea what the fee is going to be or who to pay it to?
Pretty vague on this matter but do not want to incur a penalty fee if applicable?聽聽
I have bought this house from a builder in Ruse he told me it was due next Feb/March.

Hello Steve,

I can direct you if you bought the property without forming a company. Take your notary act to the municipal building located in the county seat of your "obshtina." You can pay your tax there.

I don't know what the procedure is if you bought the property through a company.
