The nightlife scene in Bulgaria

Priscilla

Hello,

Having access to a good nightlife scene can be a determining factor for many °µÍø½ûÇøs upon choosing their next destination. Tell us more about the nightlife in Bulgaria.

In Bulgaria, what is the nighlife culture like: is it common for people to go out at night? Is there a big difference between the nightlife during the weekdays and weekends?

What are the most popular evening or nighttime activities (e.g. bars, nightclubs, shows, cultural activities, etc.)?

Is it safe to venture out in the evening and at night in Bulgaria?

Is there anything in particular that surprised you about the nightlife in Bulgaria?

Are there any apps or websites (or any other resources) that would help in staying informed about evening and nighttime activities?

Thank you for sharing your experience.

Rockbar Fans is good, and so is Mixtape 5.  Club Adams is more reputation than quality.

The hard Rock / metal scene is good.

The Chalga scene is really trashy, but you'll have to go real far to find a person with a better voice than Azis.   That being said, generally speaking, Chalga is looked down on by anyone with any self-worth.  If you're into this sort of thing, check out Club 33 in studentsky grad.
