Hello. Do you still have your house near Chirpan. What do you think of the area?  We have been out there just nice getting other peoples opinions.

Hope you are still enjoying Bulgaria. My boyfriend and I are about to buy a property in Izvorovo near Chirpan - you probably know it. We have found it through an estate agent and are waiting for the preliminary contract. We are worried at the moment about giving power of attorney to our estate agents and using their legal advice. Which estate agent did you use and can you give us any advice before we sign anything!!

Yes! The deal is going through on Tuesday. Were moving out early next year. Are you nearby?

HI Mike and Dawn me and the wife were looking at a auction property in Chiripin lovely house but noticed the windows were all smashed put us off a bit we have a apartment in sunnybeach fly into  Plovdiv again this June, real pedoff last year stayed the night in Plovdiv and we missed a night of folk dancing and music at the roman theatre saw the last bit never mind we will do better this year are you retired like us and doing the good life bit who do you get on with the locals ok hope to hear soon. yes we live in Spasovo. We heard you met Dawn yesterday so I am sure we will meet soon.  Hope  the house is going ok. Heard Nasko is working for you. He did our roof, and it's a really good job. We are still doing our house now and will be for a while. Dawn has our details if you need to get in touch. We have only been here six months but will do our best to help if needed.

Ahh hello. How exciting. When in September are you coming? We live just a few miles Down the road in a village called Spasovo.  We only moved here last October and have been doing up  our house here which was a mess. Our names are Sarah and Graham. Hope all goes well with the move.

Hi! Great to hear from you! Hope we can stay in contact!  Do you know if there is anything in the village?  How are you finding living there?  We don't envisage moving lock stock at this stage.  We have everything to do with the house so will be looking for local labour!  Still getting our heads around the buying of the house process!! :-(

Ooh really exciting times. We have been doing our house ourselves and will quite gladly help you out with yours. You have a pub in the village and a shop.
