Having liked Kathikas Polis / Latchi and Kooklia villages on visits.... has anyone got any further recommendations for villages to visit.

Try Steni, near Polis.聽 It has a very highly recommended museum depicting the old working aspects of manual labour farming, its techniques and tools. It also shows what the old Cypriot homes looked like before electric and mains water. The exhibits are wonderful.聽 Parking and entrance are free. akamas-villas.com/blog/341
Once you leave the museum you must visit the coffee shop over the road next to the bridge.聽 If you go, then you will go time and time again.
