My sister is also married to a german man. I am wondering why she is not receiving salary from her husband in which she is registered as his husband麓s own small company employee. I feel bad for my sister about this. Anyone could give the right action what to do to this matter?

Are you sure he knows that your sister is married with him? Maybe is just her imagination...
