Information about employment visa

Hi My Name is Marsh from Sri lanka. I have got a Job offer from Czech republic. But in Sri Lanka we have only a consulate office . I have been informed that I need to contact Czech embassy in New Delhi. I mailed them and tried to contact them finding bit difficult to get an answer. It would be great if someone can help me.
1. Do We need to fill the visa application from Czech language
2.How can I submit my application
3. The documents needed to translate from Czech language or not....?

Hi, hows your application going on?

From my experience, all of the documents must be officially translated in Czech Language. And yes, their are forms to be filled up.

I am still waiting for my approval.

Im sure your application got approved in you're in Prague already?
