secondment in Denmark

kiwipete

Hello,

Hopefully someone here can answer my question...

I'm a New Zealander with a working visa for the UK.  My company wants me to work on a project for 12 weeks in Denmark starting in July. I will still be paid in the UK by the UK company.

My question is will I still need to apply for a working visa? Or can I just get a normal visitors visa when I arrive?

Cheers!

Hello,

I think you should apply for a The Corporate scheme visa. But just a guess since there is a special type of visa for people who are sent by a foreign company.

Best thing to do would be to call at the Danish Embassy nearest to you and ask them. Because if you don't have a CPR in Denmark, you might be stuck from doing lot's of things.

Hope this helps...

Cheers ;)

If it is 12 weeks a normal visitors visa is fine.
