Are you asking about your rights as the spouse of a British person ?
When you say "duty " do you mean what you would have to do (paper work ,etc ) to move and live here?

In which year did you marry ? I think that the marriage would need to be registered with British authorities first .British embassy in Chile should be able to answer all your questions .
