i want to bring my dog home to uk but not sure how to go about it she has a pet passport how do i book flights and how much will it cost

If your dog already has a pet passport, you will need to first make sure that her rabies vaccinations are up to date.聽 If they are, then you are free to travel with her following the rules of the .

Animals can only travel on certain routes via air. You'll need to find an approved route on , and then make sure there are no restrictions on times of the year that animals cannot fly (due to heat embargos). It looks like there are a few flights from La Palma to the UK.

You will have to call one of the airlines for price (and to book flights).聽 As reference, it was approx $1200 for me to fly my small dog from the US to the UK.

Once you've got the flight booked, you will need to have your dog treated for tick/tapeworm before entering the UK.聽 This must be done 24-48 hours before travel.
