Hey guys, hope everyone is well and safe.

In need to your expertise.

Back in February I was getting ready to start the process of applying for a visa for my wife to come over and settle here in the UK.

From what I鈥檝e heard from a few people, apparently it鈥檚 a good time to apply as there is some leniency towards the application. I did read that in regards to the financial side of things, there is some changes made to the 3 month payslip due to Covid.

Would appreciate all your help and info in this .

Do you have a link as to where you read this?

I've not read or heard of anything relaxing the rules, perhaps they are comparing the current rules to those being imposed on 1 Jan 2021, which are much harder, but still, nothing changes for family visas.

You can read all about them on the UK Government website; this will take you straight there.

With regards to "relaxing" and of the rules; the only thing that has happened is where date deadlines to submit documents had been extended to allow for the fact that many Home Office personnel were now working from home because of the COVID issues.聽 I can assure you that the regulatory requirements (salary, relationship etc) will not have changed at all.
