Need Advise about Visa procedure

Hi,

I am a working lady from Pakistan and I have been offered a job in Germany but my kids are too small and I cannot leave them here?聽 Is there any way that I can take my family along with me? If we go on Visit Visa, and then apply for Blue Card, will my status be changed? Any suggestion or experience in this regard will be appreciated.
Generally, the Visa rules say that one person has to go there and then he\she can sponsor his family and the procedure takes 6 months at least. This is not feasible for me.

Schengen visa will be issued only for 3 months and must be returned back to you country.. it cannot be changed with other visa..

Better try with German national visa or blue card... it will be easy because you already have a job offer....
