to be in Germany

Hello,
I am a doctor, a neurosurgery resident.. i think about moving my career to Germany and establish a new life there.. i like the deutsch sole, the persistency聽 and the practical minding Germans' have.. but i don't know how to be there.. will it be easy living there? the cot of living ? will it be easy to mingle with german system? i don't know... it's a bit scary not to know..

I would really think about coming here. We are at the moment overloaded with immigrants and there are a few that are doctors and will be looking to work here. Also getting a work permit is very difficult at the moment, because of this problem. Also it is adviseable to have a knowledge of German. Living here is not easy, but if you have contacts or friends, that makes it a little easier.
