Do you already have a work visa, residence permit or another kind of access to the German labour market?
If not, you are unlikely to get one to work as farm hand here - unless you have special niche skills that no EU citizen does.
But of course you are allowed to try your luck and apply for jobs at suitable employers (farms).

If you hold a (recognised, by Germany) university degree in the agricultural field and are looking for a higher job than just a farm hand, you may indeed have a chance.
Apply for jobs at agrotechnology companies or in research! (Farms do not usually employ such people.)
