Non-EU citizens are very unlikely to get a job and the required work visa without聽 a good education and/or very demanded special skills. Cutting hair is not a skill in short demand; in fact it is a generally poorly paid job in Germany聽 as there is an abundance of people doing it. And that you speak neither German nor English brings your chances down to about nil. There is simply no reason for a hair cutting place to be bothered to recruit people from outside of the EU and without degrees they would come under the general rule of having to show that they could not find enough EU citizen people to do the job.

Well said, but i think the person is saying that he/she 鈥淜nows鈥� English. Nevertheless your advice is sound, he (or she), has no special skills that would warrant a work visa.
