Maybe you can give us more information about what specifically you want to do and where?
In Germany, there is lots of competition in that field - difficult to make money, unless you have far above average location, reputation and/or management skills. It's also a challenge to find employees (especially cooks and kitchen helpers) - after months of Corona lockdown with no income, few still want to work in restaurants
