How to relocate my fiance / wife with me to Germany

I am looking at a position with a Global company. The position is based in Germany. The company will sort out my visa and permits. What will be the easiest way to move my fiance/ wife with me to Germany?

Due to the nature of my job , she doesn't need to work right away, so she doesnt need a work visa/ permit right away.

Best way is by airplane.

As far as legal requirements, look at the German immigration website. I'm posting a link below although it has been mentioned in numerous other threads if you had bothered to look.

The German authorities do not recognise unmarried couples for visa purposes.
Thus unless you marry her first, she'd have to get a visa on her own merits.
