Opportunity

Odeaj

I have been offered the opportunity to work in and be based from Germany (Hamburg). The role is as a financial adviser to the °µÍø½ûÇø community in Germany and across Europe. I have over 20 years experience in financial services in Ireland, the USA & Dubai (my profile can be found on linked in). The company is regulated in Germany is fully authorised. Before I make the move can anyone give me feedback on their experiences with financial services in regards to the ex pat community.

Please and thank you
John

Make sure you get a proper training and know all the legal regulations and obligations of a financial adviser in Germany.
There is a thicket of rules and many pitfalls that can cost you more (in terms of money, career or license) than it's worth!

In my experience the °µÍø½ûÇø community could use more financial advisors that understand US-DE or UK-DE contexts.
