I'm studying medicine in Tunisia. But I'm thinking of moving to Germany. So I would ask if anybody has an idea about the demanded qualifications, skills etc to be admitted to a German medical college.

For Medicine as a very popular and oversubscriped major, there is a central application and place assignment system at hochschulstart.de. Usually you need to be very good to be admitted.
In general to study in German, language skills of B2 or better are required. And you need to be able to finance yourself (survival minimum is 鈧�9000/year per person).
