You would find using the local phone system cheaper than paying roaming fees. You can continue using your UK bank account however you obviously wouldn't be able to put cheques in etc unless of course you use Natwest which has branches here.
The hardest thing about moving to Gibraltar is finding affordable accommodation.........rents start from around 拢800.
