A list of the countries where the VISA is not required in order to land in Ireland.

However if you would like to live in Ireland then for some of the countries mentioned, it might be required.

To work in Ireland, it's different. If you're coming from European country, you will not need work permit. If you're coming from any other country you will have to get a work permit.
