If I show a brief overstay on my passport (1 week - miscalculation on my part), that took place 6 months ago, if they see it now, can I be fined or deported? Thanks

I don't know the answer, but I'm following to hear what others say.

I am playing with the 3-3-3 thing, with 3 months in Florence and then 3 months in Tunisia and then I think back to Florence. If I miss by a day here or there, what's the penalty? Or do I need to plan it to the very day?
