International Driver's License Conversion

Good day
I am an italian citizen but my driver's license was issued in South Africa
I have obtained an International Driver's License which is valid for two years.
My question is:聽 will I be able to convert it?

An International Drivers license cannot be converted, it is simply a translation of your SA license.聽 Your SA license however, may be able to be exchanged if it is still valid.
