For non-Schengen citizens to come to the EU they have to have high qualifications and skills. First priority is given to EU/Schengen citizens. A potential employer usually has to show they could not find such people before being allowed to recruit a non-Schengen immigrant to come. And there are many workers in the EU who can do such jobs cheaply, especially ones from Bulgaria and Romania. So unless you have some very specialized skills, you have no chance to get a job and work visa in such a field. People who qualify are usually well educated and working in high-tech, advanced sciences or engineering…  And the vast majority of jobs in Europe will only be available to people who speak the local language. Not the answer you were likely looking for but that’s the hard reality.

Thank you for such detailed response. However, for Non-EU Engineers like me from Asia-India already in Europe which are the best places to search for a Engineering Jobs if possible in English language since knowing a local language is a big barrier as u mentioned in getting a decent job if not a very high technical job.
