Low cost and safer accommodation

hello myself Dr.Rohan Bhede planning to come Turin in jan 2014 for one year course in Turin university , can you plese suggest me low cost apartment around 15-20 euro a day , more or less. i have to tell my coordinator about accomodation arrangement. i university area is about 50 euro a day. so please suggest low cost and safer accomodation

if you need to pay 300 to 500 euro/month u have to rent a flat outside the center...near the underground line maybe(collegno/grugliasco)..
or u can find some really little flat near 350/400 in center area...
