This is Naaim Sajjad from Pakistan. I am an AML compliance officer working for a Lithuanian Fintech company. I have received an offer from my company to relocate to Lithuania with a work permit, and I have accepted the offer. However, as this is a startup company, they do not have all the necessary infrastructure in place yet. Consequently, I am facing difficulties in obtaining information regarding the legal requirements for the entire process, including the work permit, visa, and temporary residence.
