Qualifications for retiring in Luxumbourge

Hi: I'm just trying to get a general idea about what forms and qualifications one must present in order to imigrate to Lux.聽 Any help would be appreciated.聽 I would also like to know how you like living there?

Some maybe useful information:
There are amazing programs for saving money in Luxembourg for retiring, with basically 9% of interest. Do one of them as long as you're in Luxembourg, even if you're planning on leaving again. As long as you have a luxemburgish address when you sign the contract, it's going to be valid for a lifetime.
