My wife and I are uk born and have both been given Maltese citizenship by decent. I will work for a uk company in Malta when we relocate. Where is the best place to pay my uk wage taxes?

It depends on your employment contract terms etc, you have to ask HMRC or tax consultant, living in Malta and working for a foreign company is complicated as you have to figure out how to pay your national insurance here for access to health care and such, its a complex question - randoms on the internet cant help you fully.
