Cheap mobile calls to Northern Europe

Oak

How do you all go about calling abroad on your mobile phones?

In most countries the cheapest way is to pay for a plan that allows free calls to landlines, and also pay for a subscribtion to a landline service that will direct your call abroad via the internet.

This system works great for me in Ireland. I can walk down the street in Dublin while calling Denmark for 2c/min., a mobile phone in Cyprus for 6c/min., or USA for 0.5c/min. (Yes, that is right).

The only services IÂ’ve found in Malta that seem to offer similar services are these:
comfi.com/Phone-Card/Solaris
foocall.com

Do any of you have experience with them? Or do you use Skype on your mobile, or how do you go about your international calling?

Thanks in advance

I haven't had any experience with these and usually i use skype on my mobile, as long as you have a decent allowance for data and wifi access then there is no problem using skype.
