Where can I send a big letter ?

I am going to have a big a4 "please do not bend" envelope sent to me and I stay in an apartment with communal letter boxes which are tiny !

Is there anywhere else I can have it sent,like the local post office and i received a card in my letterbox to go and pick it up ?

Make sure that your sender puts the documents in a cardboard folder, just in case. I also suggest that it should be sent as Registered Mail. That way, when the mail comes, if the postman doesn't get in touch with you, two days in a row (you personaly have to sign a paper that you received the envelope) , the third day you can pick your "not bent" letter at your nearest post office.
