spent a fair bit of time in gozo, loved it, if i had to return that would be my number one choice.

A lot depends on whether you wish to live on Malta or have a quieter life on Gozo, prices have risen on Gozo but still below Malta rates.

Malta is a safe country as well as economically strong. Moreover Maltese people are good, welcoming people who have a good heart with lots of love.

Lot of job opportunities are their in Malta for technicians,software developers, cleaners, hotel industry, nurses, carers etc.

The minimum wage in Malta is 5 euro per hour ie 400Rs/hr.

The summer days of Malta is very hot and with High UV on a scale of 11 which will be difficult for INDIANS. Rainfall is very less in Malta.

Winters days are considered better by most INDIANS behalf of climate. But when winter comes the jobs in Malta will decrease as well as the time of work will also decrease.

There is a difference of 3.5 hours back during summer and 4.5 hours back during winter in Malta than INDIA.

There are lot of INDIANS in Malta who work in different fields. Also there a groups of Indian communities who gather for functions, meetings etc.#

There are also shops in which Indian masalas , Rice etc are available which are not so costly.

The avg expenditure for an Indian in Malta including food,rent,water,mobile,WiFi,travel etc. will be around 300 euros/month ie 24000Rs/month

Only paying 鈧�300 a month must mean sharing with several others, also you have not mentioned that any position is offered to a local, then an EU citizen before TCN.

Sorry, but I really do not believe you can live on 鈧�300 a month even if there are several people sharing a house.
A mobile contract and WiFi are likely to cost 鈧�60 a month and if using public transport daily then add another 25 to 30 which leaves very little to put a roof over your head and food on the table.

well my experience related to landlords are as follows, after the first contract concluded the landlord hiked the rent by 50%, then after the second term ended they tried to hike the rent by 100%. they used the argument that similar apartments to the one I am living in has gone up in value and is selling for double the price they paid. ridiculous arguments but that is how my experience went.
