Hello,
can anybody tell me the average price of varifocal glasses (one pair) in Malta/Gozo? Just the lenses, frame already on hand.

I cannot tell you the cost but if you are in Gozo try Mario鈥檚 near the bus station and just past
Coffee Break in Victoria, we always use them.

Just would have been nice to have an idea about the costs as I am abroad at the moment and have to decide where to get the glasses.... Here or Gozo.

Just bought some in Victoria yesterday.聽 Lenses which were vari focus, thin glass, photochromatic and with UV/non reflective treatment were approx EUR 275.聽 Frames were 75 more for a total of 350.聽 You will not be able to use your old frames if the optician cannot get fitting lenses.

If anyone is travelling to the UK and need glasses - Asda are selling varifocals; my wife just got a pair of designer varifocal glasses for 拢80 (included eye test, frame and lenses).
