I know I am not allowed to look for a job while in Monaco (although some have suggested no one cares).聽 Would it be possible to start my own company and offer Computer repair for American tourist.聽 I'm an IT expert and have remote US clients to pay the rent but I would really like to live in Monaco.聽 Any ideas?

Hello-late response but as an American in Monaco who has started her own company I have to say it is not easy but it is possible. You should contact the Monaco Welcome and Business Office and they can give you the details about application for permission.
You will have to shape your company to fit the current needs of the principality and should not compete with local vendors in the IT area.
