OK - assuming your degree is recognised in the Netherlands, then you will need to find an employer who is willing to offer you a job and sponsor you for a Skilled Migrant visa.聽 Full details are on the Dutch Government website, and this will take you straight to it.聽 How to find an employer - my advice would be to join something like LinkedIn and then reach out to your peers and find out who is hiring, where and how much they are paying, only then will you know if you stand any chance.聽 Further, learn Dutch (and this applies to any country you are thinking of working in).

If your degree is not recognised, then I suspect you will have no chance of finding employment in the Netherlands.
