Jewellery studying!

Hi, I'm a student from Lithuania. I want to know about the jeweler studying in the Netherlands. Do you have such? What the cost of studying?Do I need to TOEFL, IELTS???
I have a Lithuanian diploma of the gymnasium education. We have a/b levels instead your's HAVO/VWO.
Is it good?

For details of jeweller training in Holland, follow this . All the sites are in Dutch, perhaps Google translate will help you read them. The websites have contact information which will enable you to contact the schools and ask your questions.

TOEFL, IELTS are English language tests and not a lot of use in Holland unless you are working in English; these trades in Holland are not taught in English and are probably more MBO related. As to whether your diploma will be accepted in Holland to enable you to train as a jeweller, I've previously advised you to speak to NUFFIC to see if your current diplomas have any value in the Netherlands, have you spoken to them?
