Hi and welcome to the Forum.

The OP's question was asked more than 7 months ago without a response.聽 I'm not aware of any requirement in Holland that requires this and your Contact information tells us you're an Iranian, so I'm puzzled about your question.

A couple of suggestions:

1.聽 At the top of the page is a UK Union Jack flag; if you mouse-over it, you'll get a choice of other national flags, one of which is Italian; if you follow it, you can ask the question in the Italian language on this Forum and may perhaps get an appropriate answer.

2.聽 Contact the Italian Embassy and ask them; this will take you to a webpage with the contact information.
