Moving to Northern Ireland

Richgunn2006

Hi all,

we are a family of 5 considering selling up in the UK and moving to Northern Ireland in the not so distant future , the boys are 11 / 12 and 22

i was just looking to hear from people that have made a similar move over the last few months ? how are you getting on with the people, schools etc.....

we have family who are based in the Ballyhalbert area and we would be looking to be that general direction.

what areas do people think would be a good option , not too far from Schools , Shops etc... within a easy commute i guess of Belfast

any feedback would be greatly appreciated

Thanks for looking

Richard

If your family originates from any part of ireland as far back as your grandparents then you can apply for a Republic of Ireland passport so you won't need a visa and can live in any part of Ireland. If you live in Northern Ireland then you can also have a UK passport and in both cases keep your USA passport.
