Emigrating to Norway with Norwegain Personal Number

Caledonian-Chris

Hi,

I lived and worked in Norway for 2 years. I have a personal number and bank account over there but moved back to the UK the end of 2015.

My wife is norwegain and we have been married for 11 years and have two children, both children are registered in Norway and UK with dual Norwegain passports.

We are looking to back to Norway as soon as possible but as Brexit has happened I have no idea how things work now.

Last time I just showed up, got a D number and after 3 months recieved a Personal Number.

What is the best way to enter Norway and work legally for an indefinite period?

Does my Personal Number count for anything now?

Any help greatly appreciated!

Thanks

I don't think UDI really will care about having a personnummer already but I think you're back in the "everybody else" category since you moved out of Norway again. At least the selecta-page doesn't show that you get any perks in the post-Brexit landscape

@ECS Thanks for the reply.

Yea, after further investigation, beacuse of the morons in UK Parliment I am now back to square one.
