Kongsvinger.

Sean Zeek

I am moving to live and work in Kongsvinger in May this year (it's getting near!) and the house I was going to rent from a friend has fallen through (red tape on his new property means he won't be able to vacate his present house).
I need to rent an apartment there but without having a Norwegien bank account I can't see how I can? In the worst case scenario I have accomadation with a friend so I can move without my lady and she can follow me a month later but I would much prefere just renting, paying 3 months up front cash and moving to a new home.

Any thoughts anyone? Think I've got all bases covered apart from this.
