Hello guys,

Anyone here has gone thru what we plan of doing? My fiance and I agreed that he will send in the application requirements to the UDI thru the Police Station. He will be applying in my behalf and therefore would of course need a Power of Attorney to do so. Right now, we are gathering all the needed documents for the application. I am currently waiting for DFA Red Ribbon though.

My question would be: Should I still apply to the Norwegian Embassy here in聽 the Philippines? Given that my fiance would apply it for me in Norway, anyway. Does anyone here have tried that? I know its doable from UDI since there was an option there available for that. I just want to know if anyone has gone thru this process already.

Would really appreciate your answer guys.

Hi there,

I just want to ask if you also had to go to the DFA (red ribbon) for your birth certificate and CENOMAR?
We only did the TOR and Diploma.
