Reunification visa

Hi everyone! I'm new here. I just need some help and your advices and reply is much appreciated, thank you in Advance馃槉

So here's my concern, I and my Husband married last April 25,2018.So the first step we did is to apply for Spouse Visa.聽 So I let him bring our marriage certificate the original from our municipality, our NSO Marriage contract and even the one who is already with red ribbon. Yes, 3 marriage contract. The municipality marriage contract brought with him when he went back to Norway, second which is the NSO electronic I sent him through Post -Office,and lastly the NSO with red ribbon we both got it when he went back last August. And just heard the result it's not okay , or we can't get the guarantee form 馃槕.

And now,we're planning to apply for reunification visa as the Police officer said so.
May I know who tried to apply reunification visa? The requirements and how long it takes?

Technically you are married with Norwegian so you don't need a spouse visa.

processing time really depends...some takes a week, some a month, some 3 months.
