Propane tank for a gas barbeque grill

Hello!

I am bringing a Weber gas barbeque grill from the United States and am wondering if it will work in Norway.

I assume I have to get a Norwegian propane tank and that my US 20lb tank is not going to be useful. Is that right?

Also, do I need an adapter for the hose to fit a propane tank for use in Norway? Where do I get a propane tank?

Looking forward to bbq-ing in Oslo.
