What are my chances of getting a resident visa ?

Joanne Yonan

My grandmother immigrated to America, but she naturalized in 1940, which means I can not become a dual citizen of Poland.  I have been learning the Polish Language since my mother, the interpreter, passed away.  My aunts and uncles have died, but my cousins and other relatives Live near Tarnow.  I want to move back to Tarnow as I am retired; I get a good salary and spend time with my family, whom I have not seen in close to 40 years.

What are my chances of getting a resident visa and, eventually the likelihood of becoming a citizen of Poland?  I can become a dual Citizen of Germany on my father's side, and I would do that if it meant I would have a greater chance of becoming a citizen of Poland.
