1. Friendships. Friends are really talking to each other here. One doesn't have to pretend always that everything is fine if it isn't. Friends are for good (they really know how to celebrate!) and for bad.
2. Hospitality. Unfortunately giving the latest discussions about immigrants from Syria, this point refers only to hospitality on the personal level.
3. Modern design. If you like to design your home in a sleek style, this is the place to be. Very good materials and workmanship for (still) reasonable price.
4. Food. Provided you don't want to eat for nearly free. A bit more expensive (but still not UK prices!) restaurants are great here.

- Naturally+locally grown food (esp fruits+vegetables) available everywhere for decent prices.
- Cheap local services (like hairdresser, car mechanics, etc.).
- Nature.
- Dynamic sense in a rapidly developing country.
- Contrasts b/w the country side and large(r) cities.
- Different styles of architecture (romantic, modern, communistic, etc.).
- Stable weather+clear seasons.
- Pretty good +efficient+cheap public transport.
- Kiosks. Incredible how much +different stuff can be crammed into such a small booth!
- Flexibility+freedom to run a business.

Hi. It depends what are you asking for.
Food and general leaving costs is cheap, even if you earn in zlotych.
Any products exported like cosmetics, clothing is expensive. Also travelling abroad, due to exchange rates is not cheap from here.
