Hi, I have invested in a local polish company and submitted documents on 18 Dec 2019. The latest update on the Masovian Voivodship website (MUW WSC) says that I can book an appointment for a stamp in the passport and the second point says that: All files along with appeal have been sent to Head of the Foreigners Affairs Department鈥� on 1 Sep 2020. Just before this on 16 Aug 2020, I was asked by my partner that the voivodship has asked for my original marriage certificate. So, what does this all mean? Was my decision negative earlier? Can it again be negative? Is there any possibility of success in my case. I am now furious because it has been over a year. Please suggest or advise.

Oh dude, I'm glad I joined this little community. I'm learning alot by reading post like this. I really hope it all works out for you. Even the Polish hate all the bureaucracy and theres alot of racism to any none Polish. Some will get offended if you speak English even. Poland for Polish they say. Even if you bring nothing but good things. I hope it works out you. I really do bro.

Thanks for your kind words, i am on the way of learning Polish as well but I am simply surprised that I will be bringing in over EUR 10 million to the Polish economy immediately and still I have to wait for over an year. It is simply unconvincing. But still I am expecting someone to answer me about my query. thanks once again.
