Is it possible to live and work in different cities?

TurttleButtocks

Hello,

I'm currently living and working in Wroclaw. And talking with a company in Warsaw about a job offer. They offer 100% remote work.

Is it possible to live in Wroclaw but be employed by a company in Warsaw under UoP contract? They will provide work permit. Question is about legal stuff like work permit, karta pobytu, zameldowanie etc.

I did it for 18 months. I was selling industrial equipments by mail, phone calls and visits to overseas customers. I only came to the factory once or twice a month.
But I realized I annoyed my colleagues in R&D as I had to phone them often to get technical information. It is one thing to drop in at their office and have a technical chat. But calling them is another matter. The noisy ring at the wrong moment and the impossibility to make explanatory sketches are not good for communication.
So, I had to go back to the office.

Hundreds if not thousands, both Poles and foreigners are traveling each week between Warsaw and Wrocław, back and forth. You should have no problem.
