Can someone perhaps help me ? I have been married to my Polish wife for 7 years and have been registered as temporary resident for around 3. I opened a business last year and as part of that process I obtained a NIP but also a Pesel number.聽 Does owning a Pesel automatically qualify me for a Dowod that ic an obtain locally or do I have to聽 go through a different seperate process in Wroclaw?
