I got an original work permit but was denied for visa appointment

I live in Dubai, and have recently received an original work permit from my employer in Poland. While submitting my application for a visa appointment the system generated a message saying that the work permit number is not positively validated in central identifier database. hence the appointment cannot be issued. Can anyone suggest what does this mean? Is the work permit fraud?

Can you advise why is that the opinion. because I checked the entire work permit and as per standards it has government seal, signatures, permit number, legal details and original copy of the same, and rest all details are available in the permit as required. so what can conclude the decision that it is fake. Please advise.
