Me too, looking for the recruitment agency who can bring people outside Poland for working there 馃檹馃檹馃檹馃檹

Very few jobs for people who don't speak Polish. If you are unskilled, your foreman who generally does not speak any English won't be able to communicate with you, while ukrainians who live nearby already understand basic instructions: Their language is fairly similar. Same roots. You only get a work permit if your potential employer can prove there is neither a Polish, nor a UE citizen available for the mission he offers. Not easy at all. You have to apply from abroad. Rules are really strict here.

Regular job openings and offers in Poland if you work in the聽 Customer Services or IT sectors for sure.You may check offers on different websites such as Monster ,Indeed etc.
I am not sure about Customer Services 'jobs but some time ago insurance companies or call centers were hiring employees from聽 the EU .
The IT sector is particularly buoyant and there are over 20 different nationalities in Cap Gemini or especially Cisco (in Krakow for instance)
No need to speak Polish in order to be hired in these 2 sectors but English Language is a must (on top of your European mother tongue-Greek,Finnish -Spanish-French etc)
If the Job offers are not in Polish only you may apply if not it means that the command of Polish Language will be required.
